On The Mend...

Brielle has had a rough week. She caught a really nasty cold that took us to Immediate Care on Thursday night. We were there for almost 2 hours and she slept on me for most of it which is very unusual for her! She was diagnosed with double ear infections and the Dr. also thought she may have the start of pneumonia. We got her on the antibiotic that evening and she is slowly on the mend. She no longer complains of her ears hurting, but still has the runny nose and nasty cough. Hopefully only a couple more days before our girlie is feeling 100% again :)

On another note, I go to the Dr. this week for my check-up and we are having a 3D ultrasound done on Friday. We are so excited to see our little Bryce again and hope to get some really cool pics. I will update later this week on how everything went. Hope everyone has a great week!!

Happy Birthday Daddy!

Yesterday was Daddy's 28th birthday! He had a great birthday this year. It started a little early when his boss asked him to go to the Superbowl and paid for his ticket in exchange for the awesome business year he had in 2009! They got to play some golf and of course go to the game..too bad our Colts didn't win. His second big birthday item was from himself...he finally got a Golden Tee machine for our basement!!

We had our neighbor girl, Taylor, come and babysit Brielle last night so that we could go out to a nice dinner. We went to Mo's Steakhouse downtown Indy and it was soooo good! Brielle had a blast with Taylor. It was her first time sitting for us and we can't wait to use her again! She brought all kinds of fun stuff and crafts for her and Brielle to do. She was excited to see us, but was sad to see Taylor go home :(

Brielle loves to play. She says "my turn" and does the exact same thing every time it's her turn. She hits the blue button and spins the ball...she might be a little ocd like her Mama :)

Curious George Live!

We took Brielle to see Curious George Live yesterday at the Murat Theater downtown Indy. It was a cute show and we all 3 really enjoyed it. We had great seats..about 4 rows from the stage! Brielle did a great job, sat in her own seat, and watched the whole performance. We can't wait to go to another live show!

Update on Bryce: I am 26 weeks and growing bigger! He is moving ALL the time now. His kicks are strong enough that we can sit and watch my belly move..so cool! I go to the doctor this coming Thursday and look forward to hearing his little heartbeat. We are getting so excited to meet him...14 more weeks :)

Brielle's "CHEESE" Faces!

Brielle LOVES to pose and have her picture taken. She is really into saying "cheese" and has to have her cute little nose scrunched up. I love it! As soon as she hears the camera click she immediately says "Let me see Mama".
