Fun With Our Cousins!

The weekend before Thanksgiving Uncle Luke, Aunt Shanni, and cousins Camden & Cohen came to our house for a visit. We really enjoyed having them here to play! It's always busy with 4 kids so we are never very good at taking pictures, but we did get a few cute ones.

6 Month Photos

A couple of weeks ago Aunt Jaime took Bryce's 6 month pictures and I am just now getting around to posting some of our favorites. We tried to get a few or even just one good one with big sister and then some with cousins Camden and Cohen, but only the little guys wanted to cooperate. Our big idea of a cute picture of the 4 kids in matching outfits pretty much DID NOT happen...maybe next time! Our main goal was to get some cute pics of Bryce which we had NO problem getting :)

Halloween

Brielle and Bryce dressed up as Tigger and Pooh for Halloween this year. We spent the weekend in Fort Wayne so that Brielle could go trick or treating with her cousin Camden. They had a lot of fun and got way too much candy.

6 Month Stats

Bryce had his 6 month check up this week and he now weighs 15 lbs 12 oz (20%) and is 27 1/4 inches long (79%). He is a healthy and happy boy that we love oh so much!!

Pumpkin Patch

This past Sat. we took the kids to a nearby pumpkin patch and had a great time. They had all sorts of things to do. There were corn mazes (which we partially did), hayrides, bounce house, pumpkin painting, and more! They had pigs, mini horses, goats, llama, sheep, a donkey, and a turkey. Brielle got to go in with the goats and pet them which she loved doing. She also painted a pumpkin and jumped in the bounce house. When it was time to leave she didn't want to go and said she wanted to sleep there! We will have to go back next year :)

Bryce turned 6 months old yesterday. I don't know where a half of a year has gone. He is growing up way too fast! He has now tried peas and carrots. He loves the carrots, but hates peas just like his sissy. We are working hard at sitting up and he is doing really well. I think in the next week or 2 he will have it down. He goes tomorrow for his 6 month doctor appt so I will update again soon with all his stats.

Sisterly/Brotherly Love!

It has been so fun watching our kids interact with each other. Bryce watches Brielle ALL.DAY.LONG! She can make him smile and laugh more than anyone else can. She can be picking on him and he will smile at her. It also helps that he is the sweetest baby! She is my little helper and absolutely loves to play with him. We look forward to watching their relationship grow as they do and we hope they always love each other as they do now!

New Things

Some changes have taken place at our house in the last couple of weeks. About two weeks ago we got a hot tub put in our backyard and this past week we had a new deck built around it. It looks really good and we are very happy with it. The other evening we turned the temp of the hot tub down and Brielle got in with Daddy...she loved it! Check out the pics...

Bryce got something new tonight too...he got to try green beans for the first time and LOVED them! You would have never guessed it was his first time because he inhaled them. We have a little piggy on our hands :)
