Family Vacation

We returned home yesterday afternoon from a great trip to Sarasota, Fl. We stayed in a condo on Siesta Key Beach so we were within walking distance of the beach and had 3 pools close by! The weather was wonderful and HOT everyday! Brielle had fun playing in the sand and loved having such a wide open space to run. She didn't spend a lot of time IN the pool at the beginning, but by the end she was jumping in off the edge and even went under a couple of times :) We were able to get a sitter for a few of the nights so we could all go out to dinner and have some adult time which was really nice. Traveling with a 23 month old was not easy, but she did great and we had a blast as a family. We can't wait to do it again. Enjoy some of the many pictures we took on our fun trip!

We are leaving in the morning for Florida and will be "hiding" come "seek" us in about 10 days when we will be home. We are so excited and hope to have some great photos to share when we get back. See ya then :)

Fun-Filled Weekend....

It wasn't a very nice day Saturday, it rained all day so Daddy and Brielle built a tower with her blocks. On Sunday we went to the pool! Our neighborhood doesn't have a pool, but we recently found a nearby neighborhood that does and allows people that don't live there to become members....so we did and we love it! It is perfect for us. They have a baby pool and a splash pool that Brielle loves! Here are some pictures from our fun times :)

Happy 3rd Anniversary!

On this day 3 years ago Jake and I were married. What a beautiful day it was! Some great and exciting things have happened with us over the last 3 years. We were given an opportunity to move back home to Indiana to be closer to family and friends after living in Dallas, TX for a little over 2 years. We loved Dallas and still miss it and our friends we made, but are so happy to be home! Even more exciting than that was giving birth to our first child Brielle Leigh and starting our family. She is the joy and love of our lives, we can't imagine life without her! I look forward to all the years to come being married to the love of my life, my best friend. Happy Anniversary Jake...I love you!!
